Safety at the Brand Safety Summit

The health and safety for our event attendees, sponsors, and speakers is of the utmost concern and priority of 614 Group. Our safety protocols follow the recommended CDC Guidelines for events and may be subject to change based on national and local restrictions and recommendations.

All Brand Safety Summit attendees will be required to show proof of vaccination to participate in the event. Eligible proof of vaccination includes:

  • A photo or hard copy of your vaccination card

  • NYC Covid Safe App
  • New York State Excelsior App
  • Clear Health Pass App
  • New Jersey Docket

To maintain the health of and well-being of all event participants, we have implemented new event standard operating procedures.

    • Event capacity will be determined by current county capacity guidelines. We anticipate that we’ll have 250 total guests in attendance at the November 4 Summit.

  • Contactless greetings to business partners are encouraged, and the exchange of printed materials such as business cards and sales materials are discouraged, with digital alternatives available and recommended
  • Masks will be provided for any attendee who wants one, and the Summit will follow CDC and local guidance regarding the use of face masks
  • Food and beverage functions will employ the highest standard of food safety, minimizing self-service options
  • High traffic areas, including handrails, door knobs and elevator buttons will be disinfected by the venue staff frequently
  • During Covid, SECOND, our main event venue, installed Ultraviolet-C technology used to kill microorganisms that cause viruses. In SECOND, the technology used is Genesis Air’s photocatalytic oxidation process, which captures and destroys airborne particles responsible for poor air quality.
