Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Sarah Mansfield leads Unilever’s Global Media Operations function and is Head of Global Media for Ice Cream. Responsibilities include Unilever’s global agency media and communications roaster, media contracts and trading, programmatic /performance and ad tech stack, global e-commerce and performance media including the Amazon Global Media JBP, Global Ice Cream Media planning and execution.Prior to this Sarah held various roles at Barclays Bank PLC where she was responsible for launching new propositions such as contactless payments and mobile payments to the UK. Sarah is an experienced transformation leader with extensive media, communications and digital marketing experience across a number of industry sectors having also worked at various integrated agencies in planning roles.She graduated in the UK with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and Marketing. Sarah is an ISBA Vice Chair, MMA EMEA Board Member and I Com retail media council co-chair. She is passionate about the role media can play in bringing about positive societal change and champions the WFA industry solution to Cross Media Measurement, media carbon measurement through Ad Net Zero, and media inclusion and diversity. She is proud to be awarded Drum Digital Trading Leader  and was honoured as a  Female Icon of the advertising industry by Cosmopolitan.In her spare time she enjoys running, as well as classical music and playing the violin.
